CORAZ WIĘCEJ LUDZI

Szacuje się, że do 2050 r. liczba ludności na świecie wyniesie do 9 miliardów. Dlatego jednym z globalnych problemów może być wyżywienie ludności odpowiednią ilością żywności, a zwłaszcza dostarczenie odpowiedniej podaży białka.

PODSTAWA

Globalne zmiany środowiskowe powodują potrzebę poszukiwania nowego, niekonwencjonalnego źródła białka do żywienia ludzi.

CEL

W niniejszym projekcie zaplanowano stworzenie nowych, bioaktywnych produktów, będących pełnowartościowymi zastępnikami produktów mięsnych, takich jak: burger, parówka czy gyros.
